Note: Products must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The item has been used or shows signs of wear.

  • The item was returned after more than 7 days.

  • The product is listed as non-returnable (e.g. some accessories, opened software, gift cards).

  • The damage was caused by misuse or mishandling.

🔄 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue (with photos if applicable).

  3. We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
